Start at the Top
The recommended sequence when introducing ProductHarness to a real org: secure executive sponsorship first, then align Directors on governance and team enablement, then bring PMs into the hands-on workflow. Each level assumes the prior level has been aligned. Skipping levels creates gaps — PMs adopting a framework their Director doesn't understand, or Directors without executive backing for the governance changes the framework requires.
If you're a PM coming in without that context from above, the PM explainer still gives you everything you need to start. But if you have influence over who else gets briefed, brief them in order.
